By using mufcbetting.co.uk you accept these terms. They are short because the site does very little: it shows you a simulation and does some arithmetic.

1. What this site is

An educational and entertainment site about football odds. It is not a gambling service. We are not licensed by the Gambling Commission and do not need to be: no bets are accepted, no stakes are taken, no money is held, and there is no account to open.

2. Everything on the front page is simulated

The match on this page is being simulated in your browser right now, between clubs that do not exist, and every price is worked out from it. There is no odds feed, no live-score feed, no real fixtures and nothing here can be bet on.

The clubs are invented, the league they play in is invented, and the players are shirt numbers with no names. Their ratings, results, form and every price on the page are outputs of a computer model and describe nobody. Any resemblance to a real club is coincidental and unintended; if you believe a name here resembles a real club closely enough to cause confusion, tell us and we will change it.

2a. This site is not connected to Manchester United Football Club

Independent and unofficial. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Manchester United Football Club in any way. No club crest, kit, photograph, player name or other club property is reproduced on this site. Any club name that appears is used only to say who the site is written for. All trade marks belong to their owners.

3. No advice

Nothing here is betting advice, a tip, a prediction or a recommendation. The calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you type in. They do not know anything about any real market and cannot tell you whether a price is good.

4. Age

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. The mailing list has an explicit age confirmation on it and we will remove any address we have reason to think belongs to someone under 18.

5. Accuracy

The explanations of how odds, overround and accumulators work are given in good faith and were checked by hand on the date printed beside them. If you find something wrong, tell us and it will be corrected.

6. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss arising from using it or relying on anything in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Our content

The text, design, model and code are ours. You are welcome to read the JavaScript — it is served unminified on purpose, because a site whose whole claim is that the arithmetic is honest should let you check it. Do not republish the site wholesale as your own.

8. Changes and law

These terms may change; the date at the top of this page is when they last did. They are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
